Issue with Performance Assistant display

Hi Friends,

We are having a recurring problem with performance assistant (the F1 button) display. Whenever a user logs in, the first couple of times the F1 works (ie the help page is displayed in the Performance Assistant).

Later the following is displayed -

This program cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:

You are not connected to the Internet.

The website is encountering problems.

There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:

Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.

The website is temporarily unavailable.

The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.

The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.

We are using IE8. This did not occur when using IE6. Any pointers to resolve this will be very helpful.

Dear Shankar,

Even with IE7 there were few issues.

I think IE8 is still in Beta phase....

Check for network policies....due to these policies implemented by network admins, such problems do araise with F1.
