Issue:Transfer of wrong BASE UNIT OF MEASURE using ALE-IDOC

Hi all,

I am transfering material using ALE-IDOC.The base unit is received correctly when seen from WE05.

But when viewed from mm03 it is PN(Panel) in reality its EA.Please guide to correct issue.

Hi,

If the Base UOM is PN and Alternate UOM is EA, then it should show as it is in MM03. Also check in the additional data, where it will show you all the UOM available.

Let's say, if you find PN as Alt UOM, or if you don't find any PN there, definitely in the IDOC inbound function module, in the available exists, some kind of conversion / modification has happened.

Check if they are using any change pointers method or any exit

to change the values after posting the idoc.
