Hi All,
I would like to know how to change the release strategy which has been already implemented?
e.g. Two release codes have been given to one strategy(SR) : Say Codes; XX first and YY next to release a value of <=15000,
now i would like to remove the second code YY for this strategy!
If anybody knows the steps, please guide...
Regards,
Romesh
Dear,
Remove the second release code (say YY) from the following navigation path:
Materials Management>Purchasing>Purchase Order>Release Procedure for Purchase Orders>Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders>Release Strategies

Just check your example says for both codes XX & YY you have the same range <=15000, how come? IT is not that you can not have . Go to the details of the rel stg below rel indicator, select the rel stg you wish to change eother double click or go to the details, inside , remove the release code first, then proceed on to change the details in Rel preq.s, rel statuses, classification and do simulate and check the output as per your new assignment.

hi,
under the menu path you can change the codes of release strategy:
SPRO > IMG > MATERIAL MANAGEMENT > PURCHASING > PURCHASE ORDER > RELEASE PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE ORDER > DEFINE RELEASE PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE ORDER.
here in the release strategy we can change the code and then we have to reset the release prerquisite again.

jash
