or how to record the RFC users's trace ?

did you check ST03N->User profile ?
Check ST01 for system trace.

Hi,
You can check the details of RFC users (It offers much more functionality also) using the Tcode SM20. But before this you have to activate the suitable profile as per your need in Tcode SM19 and set the parameter rsau/enable =1 in RZ10.

You will find the users who connected to your SAP system from RFC connections with transaction ST03.
