Does GRC 5.3 work with Mozilla Firefox browser?

I just installed GRC 5.3 in our sandbox system. When I pull up the URL using Mozilla Firefox browser, the format is not useable. Is there something I need to do to make this system work on Mozilla as it does on IE7?

Thanks!

Peggy,

Most of the AC 5.3 products don't work in Mozilla Firefox. I don't think firefox is supported in AC 5.3.

I am not sure the official stance from SAP but, It does seem to "work" but, it isn't pretty

Things aren't sized properly, images don't render, grids don't display........

I would stick with IE.

Hello Peggy,

According to me there should not be any problem using mozila firefox, because it is also a browser.

We are using internet explorer as well as Lotus notes browser to access GRC.

And in lotus notes we have not done any specific configuration.

What is the error showing in the mozila browser when try to execute the GRC URL?

I hope your 50000 port is open and you have done the host file entry for the GRC hostname.

And please tell me what is IE7 you mention.

Thanks,

Sudip.
