XI adapter missing in adapter monitoring :O

Hi,

I cannot see XI adapter in adapter monitoring.

I can create a channel though.

Re imported Basis,

checked in messaging system,

http://host:port/MessagingSystem

http://host:port/mdt/amtServlet

did all types of cache refresh

I can see this CC in SXI_Cache

did steps listed under sap note to update sld values in Visual admin.

Can anyone who know the solution, please help.

I am not using PCK. do u think it will work?

XI is a communication channel not adapter. You will find error of XI in SXMB_MONI transaction itself.

technically speaking XI is an Adapter Type that we select while creating a CC.....

when you use a proxy to communicate what is the adapter type that you use in the corresponding CC...just check it out.....
