Hi,
I am running a job which executed a spool report and sends to my m ail in SBWP
When I open a m ail before 10 days, as soon as i click on it , it says the mail is expired
I check the setting of the mail and see that it shows a previous date as expiry and i don't know of who set this up for me or is it a global setting
Please let me know , of how to remove this settings so that i can see all my m ails whenever i wanted
Document expiration of SAP Business Workplace is set in transaction SO16 within "Document Org." tab.
The reason for setting up expiration dates for SAP Office documents is because user tend to be very lazy organising their inboxes and a lot of rubbish document can accumulate up in a very short time.
Setting the expiration date itself does not help, but there are a whole set of housekeeping jobs impacting this particular SAP Office area and one of them cleans up those documents that are expired.
Cheers
