Diesel consumption

Hi, client having 2 comp codes suppose x and y.comp x is going to impl sap and in y, they r using ban. Nw comp x consumes diesel from comp y for that they hav to pay. Comp x procure diesel for thier own eq as well as some of their contractor eq lk cranes. Maint eng create request for diesel. How can i deal ths req.

If company X is using SAP & Y is not using. Then how can you say two company codes in SAP.

If at all that diesel is being used by company X create PR-PO-GR for diesel. ...I think so....or wait for more expertise.
