sost:Message transferred by node to communication system in sap

Hi All,

Several messages have status 711. No Delivery .Any one please suggest .

Code 711 in sost means:

The node has passed the message to its communication system.The message will shortly reach the recipient.

Do a simple test, send a mail with your internal address and one with an external address... if none of them arrive, then you have a problem with the SAP SMTP node config, if the internal arrive but the external doesn't then the problem is in the Relay Agent of your SMTP Server.

Please check the SMTP server where SAP is delivering the message.

Please check is relay is enable for your system in SMTP server ?
