Sales order issue

Dear All,

I have an issue, Where once the sales cycle is complete(i,e., SALES ORDER / OUTBOUND DELIVERY / BILLING) then the system should not allow to add line items in the same sales order,But currently it allowing.

How i can achieve the above requirement.

Please suggests me .

The scenario you have told is a standard function . Use status profile to control.

Standad system allows you to add additonal line items at any time. You may want to look into user exits to see if you can prevent this from hapening.

Hi,

Make use of MV45AFZZ include. In the form USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE Routine,

in the sale order change mode (VA02)

Put a check -- to check the status of sale order ( VBUK table) . If the order cycle has completed.. then throw a error message.
