Dear Expertise,
When i am trying to give approval for support pack from solution manager in SOLUTION_MANAGER tcode,
In perform implementation step, i am getting 2 errors.
1.Status was reset by system
2. the product maintenance is not completed in all system of the procedure
Can any one plz suggest me.

status was reset by system means, some other tcode entry is not cleared i think.
once check the Note

and check this on your system

Please change the condition 'SYSTEM_ASSIGNMENT' for the
transaction type 'SLMO' in respect of the message type from 'Cancel'
to 'Warning'.
If you received the message even though there are no other open
maintenance transactions for the system in the solution,
please implement the note 1165890 to resolve the problem.
and in SMSY, the specific system is maintained correctly ? also check if the system data is maintained at OSS too
