"Start date after initial entry sap"
I am trying to change employee group from fixed term to full time on 19/4/2009.Get the above error.Why?

Try doing using an Org Reassignment action in PA40. If it still doesnt work, please set it through position->EG/ESG Infotype and see.
This should fix the problem.

you can delimite the start date of the previous date of the employee group

This should be done through PA40 actions. we can not change from PA30. Please check.

You have to exeucte " org reassignment" action to change EE group.
