Hi,

in trx VL01N when I click on post goods issue the system replies:

Sales order stock n 000010 does not exist

Message no. M7184

Diagnosis

For sales order n, item 000010, no sales order stock of the

material exists in plant X, storage location Y.

Procedure

Make sure your entries are correct.

Do you want to display the stock overview?

How can I solve the problem ?

Hi Sapbug,

The system requires a sales order stock.............the scenario is make to order. In make to order case, the delivery happens for a sales order only if the system finds the stock against that sales order. There is a term called "special stock" in case of make to order. The value in this field should be "E" for make to order items.

In the sales order you can check the procurement screen. The requirements type may be KE. When you maintain stock in the transaction code MB1C, enter

Movement type - 561

Special Stock - E

Plant - enter the delivering plant

Storage Location - enter the storage location

After this also check whether the schedule line for the item is confirmed in the sales order.

Transaction code (VA02) - enter sales order number - double click on the line item - go to schedule lines - click on material availability & confirm the item quantity.

Then create the delivery.

Hi SAPBUG

First go to MMBE and check whether stock is available for your particular material for which you are trying to create the outbound delivery.

If there is no quantity in that then do this process.

Go to MB1C and give these setting

Movement type 561

Give plant and storage same as in the sales order.

Give the quantity what ever you want.

Save this process

Now once more time go to MMBE and check the stock of the material

If it is added then create the outbound delivery again and do the PGI for it.

Hi,

I suppose you must using make to order scenario.

maintain the sales order stock for line item 0010 in Tcode: MB1C, with movement type 561 E.

enter appropriate plant , storage location.

Check in MMBE T.Code for your material,whether it has stock or not?
