We are using Crystal Enterprise 10 on Win2003 and a Xerox printer. We have installed several true type fonts from the control panel that we want to show up in reports. When printing from the Crystal Enterprise 10 application the fonts do not show correctly.
However, when we open the CR Enterprise report object in Crystal Reports Designer, and print to the same print queue, the fonts are both displayed and printed as expected.
Also when we open the CE10 success instance we can see the fonts displayed correctly from some workstations that remote into the server, but when opening the success instance directly on the CE10 server, the font does not display correctly. When we print from the workstation that shows the correct font, the print out does not print correctly.
Any ideas on what we need to change to get CE10 printing the correct fonts?
