Hi all,
I am not able to open my Webi Report still all servers running in CMC . and also i am not able to getting error while opening report and strucking the Infoview .
Please suggest me what could be the reason ?
What version of WEBI are you using?

In case the previous solution is not helpful then you can try the following option.
1.Go to CMC (Central Management Console).
2.Then click on Servers.
3.Go to Web Intelligence Report Server.
4.Go to properties tab.
5.Increase the value for Maximum Binary File size to 300 MB.
6.Also, increase the value for Maximum character File Size to 300 MB.

Hi,
Try to increase the Java heap size.
Click on the "Java" tab, and then click "View"... under Java Applet Runtime Settings, and enter -Xmx256m (for example) under Java Runtime Parameters:
This tells the JVM it can use up to 256 megs of memory. By default, the maximum heap size is 64 megs (fairly small for an application as complex as ours). You can also experiment with larger -Xmx values.
