I am going to implement the migration to new general ledger. Any advice on the approach to follow. What guide do i follow???

I think you will need much more then only ngl concept since you are dealing with migration, but it is a starting point.

First thing is to think about migration subproject as whole. Then think which scenario you need. And for last contact SAP for new GL Migration Service.
