XI ADAPTER IN XI

Hi

I am getting the below error in sxmb_moni when I selected the XI adapter in receiver side I need to pass some credentails like

Target host

Service Number

path

Authentication data

wht details i need to specify there because i specified the BI details of type H which is pointing to XI

plz help me out

Hi,

Can you describe your scenario more clearly?

From what I understand the receiver is a BI system.

So you have configured a Receiver XI adapter to send the data to the BI system.

Am i right?

Thank a lot used HTTP destination now it is working fine

check this solved thread...mentions incorrect RFC logon data in the corresponding RFC destination

Hi,

In XI adapter select addresssing type as HTTP destination.

Under HTTP destination field give the HTTP destination name that u had created In pi system RFC connection of type HTTP to abap

in SM59 for the destination created provide authentication as Basic Authentication
