I am using EP 6.0 and working throught the instructions to set up SSO. However, I cannot find Prepared Content -> SAP Logon Ticket Analyzer.

there is a Tool for troubleshooting Single Sign-On with SAP Logon Tickets. You can download it from SAP Note 701205.
