Hi all,
We are using batch management, in all scenario it is working fine but when we create order for one different document type system not determining batch in delivery. Pls suggest me the best possible solution.

If facing the problem with this document type then have to assign the sales area
Sales Org D.Chanl Dv. Sales DT Search Proc.
EXP AG PL ZEXO SD0001 Batch Activated .
Also check ,if you have maintained condition record for Batches ,then check TCode VCH1.
Try this,must be your problem will be solved.

Hi,
Please check the item category of the materials for which batch was not determined.
If so check whether automatic batch is activated to particular item category or not in
SPRO >Logistics general>Batchmanagement>Batchdetermination and batch check> Activate automatic batch determination in SD --> Activate Automatic Batch Determination for Delivery Item Categories.

Check the same procedure is assigned to new document type with sales area.
Path: Logistics - General - Batch Management - Batch Determination and Batch Check - Batch Search Procedure Allocation and Check Activation - Allocate SD Search Procedure/Activate Check.
