Dear All,

What is payemnt guarantee ,how it work in SAP? Is it work like credit managment sale order check,delivery check like that or if any? What is VX11N transaction code & what is monitoring

VX11N is the Documentory Payment Tracking. LC / Payment Guarantee are the types of the Documentory payment , where you do not receive the physical payment , but have a Guarantee to receive the same.

VX11n runs that functionality with the Credit Management.

You create 1 documentory payment and attach this with order. Based on the allocation % system will run Credit check( on Documentory Payment Value )

Transaction VX11N will mostly be used in export scenario where payment terms will be negotiated under Letter of Credit which means, the importers bank will stand guarantee to exporter for payment.
