SAP Upgrade from 4.7(on windows32 bit with oracle9i) to ECC6 SR1

while upgrading SAP4.7(on windows32 bit, oracle9i) to ECC6 SR1 getting error as:

SEVERE ERROR(S) OCCURRED IN EXTRACTION_PRE

unable to find Data Carrier with title SAP-kernel;

it seems - may be the upgrade kernel for ECC6 SR1 may corrupt...as i feel

can anybody give the solutions on how to resolve this issue

or else can we download the kernel upgrade DVD for ECC6 SR1???

Please revert if anybody have any suggestions on this???
