Creating Vacancy

Dear gurus,

Please could you guide me how to create a vacany ?

Is it created in recruitment module or OM or PA?

Hi,

You need to deactivate the integration switch in Table T77S0 between OM & Recruitment for vacancy, PPVAC PPVAC.

If OM is integrated with Recruitment, u need not create vacancy in Recruitment. You create Vacancy only in OM, i.e. in PO13

HI,

work force lead to creation of vacancy and it can be created in OM module (infotype is 1007)

It is OM

Create a position and flag it as vacant

PPOM_OLD and PP01 transactions

firstly

Check the switch PPVAC PPVAC is active or not

later go to Po13 and choose vaccancy infotype and select filled or opened

if u use Organisationa nd staffind method it iwll be quite easy

Hi

Try this also

1.Go to T Code PPOM_OLD

2.Pull your organizational unit (Main)

3.Again drag to your particular dept (Sub org unit) in which u want to create vacancy

4.Go to staff assignment

5.Select the orgunit u want to create vacancy

6.Press the position tab

7.it will popup one screen select the job and give the position name and save
