DSWP is not showing solutions

Hi experts,

In our SOLMAN suddenly solutions got disappeared.

When i am going to execute DSWP Tcode, it is showing empty screen.

Can you please suggest ASAP to get my solutions overview.

Hi,

When you donot get any solution after DSWP hit hit on the operation navigate any step and refreh once you refresh the screen and come back everything shoulf be normal...please try and revert back.

After clicking on solutions tab, its came up automatically. But it has taken som time.

But i don't know why this was happened?

several web services run in Solman to show the graphics related to solutions, sometimes it takes time for them to refresh

Hi Nick

are you able to see Solution_Overview tab in left pane screen after running DSWP ? and then after clicking dropdown list on solution_overview tab, are you able to see the list of solutions there ? if there, then select the solution you want

or you should check in SMSY,

run SMSY --> System Groups and Logical Components -> Solution Landscapes

does it show the solutions you have defined in your solman ?

Can you tell us the support package of your Sol Man as after the installation of Solution Manager 7.0 Support Package 17 or after implementing the note 1179025 systems are not selectable anymore in the Maintenance Optimizer transaction. Only the systems assigned to the leading role in the Solution Landscape are selectable.

Check "Note 1247550 - present all avaliable systems in mopz step 1"
