AVC-approval Travel Request apply onlyto PRAP

Hi Expert,

I found in aproval Travel Request which availability control or updating to FM applied only on tcode PRAP, neither on PR05. My client ask me why and i have not yet found the SAP Notes number describe it. Could you tell me the sugestion?

hi Raynard,

SAP notes mention which FM availability control on Approval Travel Request apply to tcode PRAP. If we use icon approve on tcode PR05, there is no availability control from FM.

While i am doing many tests, i understand now which availability control by travel request also apply on tcode TRIP (approve) and PR05. The different are availability control hit by system only if Error availability control. If still exhausted or i set as warning action, the availability control do not appears however updating to FM.

I think this is for system performance.

Tcode PRAP hit all availability control message box: warning also. Unfortunatelly, i found unconcistencies during using alternative cost assignment.
