Hello Jan,

You will have to download the latest lib_dbsl_*.CAR from marketplace,extract it and then you will find the latest dbmssslib.dll

you will find this lib_dbsl_*.CAR under kernel patches for MSSQL server

but be sure to download/check as per your db type, for eg, refer following note

you have to download latest DBSL patch from marketplace. Normally this is included in the kernel patch, but if you want to upgrade it separately, then in the same way as you download the kernel patch level, you have to go for database dependent files and the dowload dbsl patch as per the following note
