TREXFilter.exe - Entry Point Not Found / sccex.dll

Hi,

Recently we've updated our TREX to SAP Netweaver ’04 Version: 6.1.16.02 Build: 6116000416

When logging on to the TREX server several popups show up with errormessage:

TREXFilter.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point CUCheckForEmbeddedObject could not be located

in the dynamic link library sccex.dll.

In EP

(SAP Netweaver ’04 EP6 6.0.16.0.0

NW ’04 EP6 KMCollaboration 6.0.16.1.0)

it's not possible to index any index (index administation).

Server status in TREX monitor is all green.

Anyone seen this before?

Any help would be welcome.

Hello,

please check if the exwml.dll still exists in the filter directory and delete it if necessary. Please look also at the SAP note 912139 .

Hi,

I have the same issue with TREX 6.1 revision 25 now...

Message on OSS open but still no answer.

The pop-up is preventing TREX from processing the outstanding requests in the Queue...

Any ideas?

Hello Michael,

I have pointed TREX support to your open message.

Did you possibly update TREX while an index update was running? If possible, try re-installing revision 25, with all TREX services manually stopped in advance. If this is not an option, please wait for OSS reply.
