RZ20 - CCMS monitor - funtions

Hello,

Can anyone explain me more how the Shopping cart monitor in RZ20 suposed to work in SRM 50?

It seems that only the last error is saved, the other ones disappear form the list?!

More precisely:

If I want to see a list of all shopping carts with "Backend replication errors" from the last week or last two weeks, can I get this result form the RZ20?

Hi Aart,

You can do settings . go to rz20,

shopping basket --> sr1 (systtem name) -> backend error (select this error) and click properties tab at the top and go to GENERAL tab

here you can see

alert properties -etc

and which alerts should kept

all - you can select this one.

Hi Aart,

The RZ20 is a basis transaction which is used within the SRM, enriched with some functions in the web template. I just wanted to tell you with this, that with the RZ20 you can only check the alerts, but you can not process them.

For checking the alerts, please go this way:

RZ20

SAP EnterpriseBuyer Monitors

-> Shopping Cart

-> chek the line 'Backend application errors' -> push 'Open alerts'

-> check 'Backend application errors'

-> push 'Display alerts'
