Runtime Workbench Message Content

Folks,

We are on PI 7.1.

The issue I am having is I am not able to view message content through runtime workbench when I selected Integration engine. Everything works fine for adapter engine.

The error I am getting is "Communication error: client <client number>, system <System SID>.

I am not sure what configuration I am missing.

mostly this thing is controled by exchange profile parameter, check above given notes and deployment guide...

Apply note #817920 XI Readiness Check - this will let you know if you have any configuration issues on the system. This could be caused by a cache issue or an SLD registration issue.

Also apply the notes below:

1) #1278563 Specification of message server host in Exchange Profile

2) #764176 Error in XI due to inconsistent SLD contents
