sapccm4x shutdown

hi,

SAPCCM4x agent shuts down after one or 2 mins after restart.

I check the log file and could not find the reason for the same

Please help

is it the ABAP or ABAP+Java server on which sapccm4x installed ?

and downloaded the correct version of ccms agent from marketplace as per Note 1304480 - CCMS agent and kernel: patches 2009 ?

are monitored and monitoring instances running ?
