registering sapccms agent in CI and App Server

hi,

I have registered the SAPCCM4X agent on CI an application Server to be monitored

when i start the SAPCCM4x agent in Application Server, the SAPCCM4X agent in CI is getting stopped

When i start the SAPCCM4X agent in CI the agent in App server is getting stopped

Please let me know if this is a know issues

The CEN is another System say ABC

No, this is not a known issue, and this can't be possible even, because when ccms agents are registerd with the CEN, the RFCs are created as per the server name and the instance number. for example, sapccm4x.servername.xx where xx is the instance number of the monitored system i.e. the remote system server where the ccms agent is installed

check in CEN system, in RZ21 -> Monitoring topologies -> Agents for Remote systems and check the RFCs for both those sapccm4x agents for those two remote systems/servers

the RFC must be different there for those two systems. So, sapccm4x agents of those two servers i.e. the CI and the APPS are totally independent of each other
