Chain: Purchase requisitions (ERP) u2013 SC or Bid Invitations (SRM) u2013 Contract

Hi friends!

We use SRM 5.0, and we are going to implement the follow chain:

Firstly we are going to create purchase requisitions in ERP, then replicate our purchase requisitions to SRM system, then create Bid invitations, choose vendor, create contract. And then we are going to return contract to ERP system.

Therefore Iu2019ve got some questions:

1.Can we replicate purchase requisitions from ERP to SRM as Bid Invitations?

2.Can we return contracts to ERP system (via replications) in connections with purchase requisitions in ERP?

1.Can we replicate purchase requisitions from ERP to SRM as Bid Invitations?

-->For SRM 5.0,you dont have the feature for converting the PR's from ERP directly into bid invitations in SRM!This feature is available now in SRM 7.0.So for SRM 5.0,you need to transfer the PR's from ERP to SRM as Shopping carts which can then be converted into Bid invitations.So the cycle will be:

PR(ERP) ---> SC(SRM) -

If we will replicate purchase requisitions from ERP to SRM as SC, create Bid Invitations and Contracts, can we in this case transferring contracts from SRM to ERP system in connections with purchase requisitions in ERP? Is it possible?
