Purchaser allocated to two purchasing organizations

Hi,

I have assigned a purchaser 50% to one purchasing group and purchasing organization and then 50% to another purchasing group and purchasing organization.

But in sourcing he only gets SC from one of the purchasing groups in his work list. If I change the second to 51 % he gets that groups SCs. I would like the purchaser to get all the SC put towards purchasing group 1 and 2. Is this possible?

Hi. You could try and assign all the purchasers to one organisation, so that everything goes in 1 big list. Then you can use BADI BBP_WF_LIST to restrict what each user sees based on any criterea you want.

Any update on your issue? I am also facing the same issue. I need purchasers to be responsible for multiple purchasing groups
