solman 7.0 : setup system monitoring

hi

I am taking an error while I want to configure the system monitoring in solman 7.0

solution monitoring-->sys monitoring --> setup sys monitoring

the CCMS Read Destination status is RED.but I have tested the CCMS Read Dest. by double clicking related section .it is ok.(sm59)so connection is ok .

have you got any idea ?

Please do authorization test for the RFCs. The error can be due to auth. error also.

I have checked auth check via sm59 . it is failed.conn test is ok

the error is like this : "user or pass is not true"

what is your suggestions?

check both, the connection test and the authorization test in SM59

and have you added the system ID (SID) for the particular system for Remote Monitoring in RZ21 ?
