BOM Changes Reporting : Difference Between 4.6 and ECC6

Hello everybody,

We have updated our SAP system from 4.6 to ECC6, and it seems that the reporting called 'BOM changes' , used with the CC03 transaction has changed in ECC6..i would like to know if it's possible (via customizing or user parameter or else..) to use the old reporting (in 4.6) because this reporting is more simple for our users; in ECC6 the reporting is very complex, you have to go down in all the items of a BOM to display the changes....intern number of BOM is display (no interest for a user)..etc

Thanks for your Help.

Damien

Hi Damien

As of ERP release , the classical report view has been replaced by the ALV tree which you now see in CC03 and the reporting 'all changes '

The behaviour is now standard and unfortunately it isnt possible to revert by using some sort of customising. SAP does provide a pilot note which reverts the coding back but that doesnot apply to the standard and you can apply the same solution yourself. All it does is , copy back the code of 46c into program RCS00160 . Should you wish to have the same then you can do the same. Simply change the program source code RCS00160 by the 46C source code.

Hope that helps.
