How to add format to a printer name

Hi Gurus,

Good day!

I need your expertise on how to add a format to printer name "AAA", because when I print a certain document it prompted me an error "Format "XXX" not defined for printer "AAA".

Your inputs are highly appreciated.

- Get to the printer in transaction SPAD.

- The get to the "Device Type" (Menü goto -> device type).

- Then push the "formats" button above.

- Activate Change mode (the pen-button)

- Press the "Create button" (the white paper that usually stands for new)

- Choose your format

and that´s it.

Bware that adding a format to printer device type will not set the require page size on printer, you might need to added printer code there.
