Double line in MD63

Hi,

We are using only DP in APO. We release the forecast into R/3 and the consumption happens there. The strategy on our materials is 40 or 50.

The problem here is, when I transferred our forecast last week to R/3, it created two columns in MD63 for last week and one is zero and other is the actual value that we have for the week in DP. I am wondering why this happened. Can somebody advise on what could be wrong?

Also it screwed up the consumption. It actually deleted the allocated and withdrawal qty.

Below is an example:

Data in DP:

Wk18___WK19____WK20____WK21____WK22__

200_____300______250_______290_____320_____

Data in MD63 in R/3 after transfer.

Wk18___WK19____WK20____WK20____WK21____WK22__

200_____300______0________250_______290_____320_____

There was a sales order created for 100 that had allocated qty. 100 in WK20.

The consumption scenario looked like this in MD73:

Before transfer to R/3:

Qty. Planned ______Qty. Allocated_________Qty. withdrawn______Qty. remaining__

250_______________100__________________0_________________150

After transfer:

Qty. Planned ______Qty. Allocated_________Qty. withdrawn______Qty. remaining__

250_______________0__________________0_________________250

The sales order is still there....

This is also happening only for Wk20 and all other weeks are good.

Can any one throw some light on this?

Pls check for the calenders, whether they are in sync in both the systems.

Thanks for the reply. We checked both the APO and R/3 calendars. They are completely in sync. We also ran the program RSIMPCUST and released the forecast but the result again!

Any other suggestions please?
