Archiving Inspection lots

Hi,

i am usging Archiving Object QM_CONTROL.

i want to Archive selected Inspection lots like 140000000001 to 140000001000.

in my maintain variant

i am giving input

Plant : 1000

Selection Profile : SAPQL01

Inspection Lots : 140000000001 to 140000001000

its not reading any Inspection lots, Usage decision records and selected inspection lots.

can any one give the process to Archive the Selected Inspection lots using Archiving Object QM_CONTROL.

Hi

Please ensure that all maintenance orders are Technically closed and UD is also completed.

Expect TECO of Maintenance Order & archiving maight be creating problem.

Hi Atul,

Yes i have done both,

my problem is if i selected Inspection lots its not reading from selected plant.

but if i use Selection Profile SAPQL01 its reading entire plant inspections lots.

i need to archive selected inspection lots.

Hi Murali,

Check note 1002056 whether it helps.

Have you tried archiving with just the inspection lot range without the selection profile? also have you maintained proper residence times for inspection lots and performed the pre-processing run before running the archive run?

I think you need to refer the OSS notes

1. Note 519977 - No status records in archive QM_CONTROL

2. Note 688399 - QM_CONTROL: Archive index is not created
