u009399.999u0094 in the PSA becomes 100,00 in ODS

Hi all,

I am uploading from CSV into an ODS.

A field ‘Bedrag’ in the CSV has amounts in it, formatted like “99.999”.

This field occasionally has values like “?” or “/” in it.

To be able to import them I use an InfoObject ZPB_BDRCH of type CHAR in the datasource structure.

In the comm.. structure and ODS I use ZPB_BDRAG of type AMOUNT.

I have set the Seperator for Thousands to “.” (and Decimal Point to “,”), but in this case (loading into CHAR type, that doens't have much effect I suppose).

My transfer formula looks like this:

IF( ( /BIC/ZPB_BDRCH = '?' ) OR ( /BIC/ZPB_BDRCH = '/' ), 0, /BIC/ZPB_BDRCH )

Decimal notation (System – User Profile – Own data) is set to “1.234.567,89”.

“99.999” in the PSA becomes 100,00 in the ODS

(where it shoud be 99999,00 instead)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Can it be that the conversion is done by a system user, and that this user's Decimal notation is set incorrectly?

Kind regards,

Edwin Jacobs
