Monthly Generation of Provident Fund Challan for Employees

Can we generate Provident Fund Challan for Employees on monthly basis from the system.

If yes please let me know how - as this challan is required for statutory purpose.

The PF Challan which is required has different format altogether from the Std. Report available in the system which is mentioned by you.

In the PF challan following are mentioned:

1. Dues for the month of : Employees Share & Employer Share

2. Total no. of Subscriber

3.Total Wages Due

4.Employer's share of Cont.

5.Employees share of Cont.

6.Adm. charges

7.Insp. charges

8.Penal Damages

9.Mysc. Payments

10. Total

For Banks only

1. Amount Received Rs.

2.For Cheques only

3.Date of Presentation

4.Date of Realisation

5. Branch name

6. Branch Code etc.

No standard Monthly PF Challans in SAP, you have to go for Customization if required.
