Notification - To get break down check box active automatic

Hai Experts ,

While I create Malfuction report , is it possible to get automatic break down check box active , I know it is possible if activatred in maint order , but I require it from notification side.

In customizing you can do that .Make breakdown related fields mandatory

but as per Paul that field should not left blank.

You can view user-exit QQMA0025 via TCode SMOD.

I've tested it in my ECC6 system and it does work as Paul suggested.

Hi,

Your requirement can be met by using TRANSACTION VARIANT Tcode ' SHD0 '.

Create a transaction variant and in that TICK the breakdown and make it using W_CONTENT.

Hi,

There is no configuration to set this on as default.

You could make it mandatory for the notification type via customizing transaction OIAL - but then the user would have to always switch it on - it could not be left unchecked for that notification type.

Exit QQMA0025 could possibly be used to set it on as a default.
