How to create Purchase group

Hai Guys,

What is the procedure to create my own Purchase group?

Kindly let me know the Steps..

1. Goto SM30 & give V_024 & click on maintain. Here click on new entries & add your required purchase groups

or

2. From IMG>Materials Management>Purchasing-->Create Purchase Groups

Use the following tcodes

OME4 - to create a purchase group

OMGF - to assign it to a printer

MN04 / 5 - to do the output settings

Hi,

You need to perform the following steps

Goto SPRO > Material management > Purchasing > Create purchasing group

Here you'll be able to enter the name, desciption, phone no., fax and e-mail Id of the purchasing group.

If you need to maintain the printer settings for the purchasing group please follow the below path

Goto SPRO > Material management > Purchasing > Messages > Assign output devices for the purchasing groups.

You'll have to maintain this in the development client and get it transported to production.

The menu path is ,

SPRO>>MM>>Purchasing>>Create Purchasing Groups

Here you can maintain your own purchase groups.

Hi,

You can create your own purchasing group by T-code OME4.

Goto OME4-New Entries-Maintain Purchasing group,Descrisption,Telephone no.............save
