Archiving not working

Hi Friends,

In Integration engine configuration (sxmb_adm).The Archive category is set to 90 days and i can see all the successfully processed messages for the past 90 days in sxi_monitor.

However when i want to check the messages older than 90 i am unable to find them.

I think that messages older than 90 days are not getting into archive file system.

For more information, in Processing statistics screen(from SXMB_MONI) the 'Archived XML messages' number is showing as 0.

Please help how what i need to do to find the messages older than 90 days.

Note that once archived messages you can follow the below processes to view the message;

Where are you not able to find them?

If they are archived obviously you will not be able to see them in sxmb_moni.

Refer this document to cross check the steps for archiving messages.

SXMB_MONI -> Archived XML Messages (Search Using Archive) or Archived XML Messages (Search Using ID)
