Delivery qty is Zero in STO

Dear Friends,

We have created delivery (VL10B) but the delivered quantity is zero

Case:

PO scedule qty is 3000

MMBE unrestricted is 2982

MMBE Reserved is 4987

the system should create delivery of atleast 2982 which is unrestricted but the log says that 0 EA avaliable

Hi Vipin,

Please check in MD04 for blockages.

This will clearly show the documents that have blocked the stock.

You can delete the old blockages and try delivering this sales order. It will work without any issues.

Hi,

Maintain the gross weight and net weight in material master.

This will solve your problem.

Kindly check those deliveries which are pending for PGI with tht particular material.Must be stock is blocked to that Deliveries.

These deliveries could be either pending for PGI/PGR.Just check it.

Also check the Production order for that material ,either it is blocked by Quality Team.

In addition to the above, please check the safety stock in material master.

Based on yout avlty check settings, safety stocks may or may not be considered.

can you please check if the stocks are allocated for other deliveries. May be you can check them in MD04 or in MMBE itself. This could be one of the reasons why the system is not able to find the stock.
