Dear friends,

i have a headewr material x and a child y which are both planned in apo with mrp type X0. in the planning run i executed planning and i have got planned order for both x and y. but start and end times for x and y does not match. end time of y is 10.30 on 19th may but end time for x is 9.30 on 19th of may. actually start time for x should be 10.30 on 19th may. is there any setting that i have to do? i am running standard lots heuristic.

Hi Vinay,

Please try the following

1) Use rescheduling Bottom-up heuristic

2) Check the PPMs of X & Y whether all operations and activities are maintained and linked properly(do consistency check)

3) Check scheduling parameters are defined in customisation.
