PO Hide fileds

Dear All,

I want to hide some fileds in PO , but when i go to screen layouts in Purchase order it is giving me only three options i.e Required entry , optional entry and display entry

is there some setting to get the hide files in screen layouts

can anybody tell me how to hide the fields in PO

Hi Tara,

Click F1 on the field on which you want to suppress in the purchase order.

Click on Technical information.Note down the program name and screen number which are present in screen data tab.

Goto SE51.Enter that program name and screen number here.Select the option "Layout Editor".

Click on change.

The Editor will be kept open for you.

Select your field and double click on that one.

Attributes screen will be opened for you.

In the attributes,in display tab check the box "invisible".Tick this one.

Save.

Do this process with the help of your ABAPer.

Tara,

You are right by screen variant u can only display, make oprional or required field.

For hiding the field you have to take the help of ABAPer for modifications in PO GUIXT.
