How to create QUONR and QUOSY on IT PA2006?

Dear all,

My schedule is Absence Quotas are generated automatically so I have write a program do this. Data Absence quotas will be input on table 2006 but I don't know how to create field QUONR - Counter for time quotas and QUOSY - Logical system for document (personnel time) on table PA2006.

Please help me to create it.

The quotas will get generated automatically once u set the system according to ur requirment

check RPTQTA00 programme or else PT_QTA10 Tcode
