Description of menu items.

Hi gurus,

We have upgraded our system from 4.6C to ECC6.0, Issue is,

In 4.6C in a sales order VA01 or VA02, on menu document flow has a symbol and description stating as Document flow.

Where as in ECC 6.0 we are able to see only document flow symbol. is there any way that we can activate or able to see the descriptions of menu items. or in ECC 6.0 is it not possible.

Hi

Goto CUSTOMIZE LOCAL LAYOUT from the menu the last icon Like TV with colors or press

(Alt+F12) now select options in the quick info tab select the radio button quick

now it will show the description if you point u r cursor on any icon

But when iam pointing cursor on document flow icon, iam able to see the description as document flow and F5 as well, the issue is without pointing in 4.6C we are able to see icon and description,

In ECC 6.0 we are only able to see the icon.

i had changed as u suggested me in options tab of customize local layout. still we are not able to see icon and description.

ok gurus had to close, i believe it is not possible in ECC 6.0. to see descriptions of icons unless we point the cursor on icon.
