SRM MDM Catalog Minimum Order Qty

Hello All -

We are on SRM 5.5 and SRM MDM 5.5 SP6. I am building a catalog for a vendor and we have minimum order quantitys. I have mapped this information and imported it into my catalog but when I order, it doesnt seem to check whether the minimum order qty has been checked. What do I need to do so that I will get a message or something when the user is ordering less than the minimum order qty?

We are not using material numbers. These are expensed items where we are managing the vendors items.

Hi Jane,

i believe SRM should validate min order quantity .

in your catalog data which you upload into import manager, do you maintained the min order quantity or not..

explore any options on call structure to control this.

what is your srm-mdm version service pack and patch level?. many above notes reported displayed "minimum order quantity issues in display/calculation in ui interface.

in the general tab,

in item display area,

use minimum quantity as default yes (radio button)

Dear Jane,

on the config UI you have to activate the Min. Ord. Qunatity check.

Hello All,

I'm working on a project with the same version (SRM 5.5 and SRM MDM 5.5 SP6) as Jane. In standard, what is the related field to complete Minimum Quantity to order, is MDMSRM_MINIMUM_QUANTITY field in Catalog Items table? It seems to be strange cause the type of this item is Measurement.

Next, is there a mapping to do into OCI configuration?

Hi,

I succeed to setup a minimum of quantity at catalog level via MDM Data Manager, nevertheless I can't prevent requester to decrease this value during Shopping Cart creation. Do you have a solution or a recommendation?
