Hi Aswini
I am getting the following error in Appraisal system.
Message text:Category group 00000000 does not exist
Element Name: Level
Message no. HRHAP00_TEMPLATE100
Kindly let me know how to resolve it.
In General this can't happen.
It's because of some inconsistent deletion because category group with ID 0000.... can't exist.
The association between template and category group is the problem in this case.
Please check your category group using transaction 'OOHAP_CATEGORY' and then copy the template to the correct category group again in phap_catalog.
Thanks®ards,

Hi
Check out whether number ranges are maintained for appraisal category and templates.. this might also trigger an error like the one you have mentioned....

Hi,
For this you need go and check the OOAM Tcode.
There you need to check have you released that appraisal all the category goups are not.

The appraisal hierarchy goes as Category Group>Category>Template
The standard Category Groups are 1, 10 and 100. So my guess is you are not maintaining the proper hierarchy. Or did you create a new Category group of your own?
