QTY Contract

Hi

I have created a Qty contract for a customer. I created sales order based on the contract. I referred completely the qty to create the sales order. . When i create the another release order with reference to the same contract, it should not allow know?. but it allows me to release the sales order.

Plse help me on the above

In VOV7 item category definition for otem categor KMN maintain the relevant entries in the field completion rule

like C

Not relevant for completion

A Item is completed with the first reference

B Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced

C Item is completed after the target qty is fully referenced

D Item is referenced via contract release

E Item is completed after full target value is referenced

Anis,

Please check the copy control settings in VTAA. Enter your contract type which u have taken and Sales order type. After entering in copy control u can see the +/- Quanity, Please maintain +ve there.....
